HELSINKI HAZE WAVE FESTIVAL 2023 POSTPONED TO 2024

With our deepest apologies, we are coming to you with unfortunate news, as we have decided to postpone Helsinki Haze Wave Festival to summer 2024.

The festival is organized and produced by Pien, and the decision to postpone was made due to the sick leave of one of the key members of our core festival team, Erkki Häme, the founder of the festival and the founder and Creative Director of Pien – causing us to not be able to continue organizing the event this summer.

During his sick leave, Erkki will recover from burnout, and we’ll give him all the support and time he needs to get better. Erkki tells more about his situation on his personal social media (only in Finnish).

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this news may cause you.

In 2024, Helsinki Haze Wave Festival will come back with a BANG, even hazier. The festival will be full of great craft breweries and beers, food, DJs and good times. Dates and location for summer 2024 will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

Thank you for all your support and understanding.❤️ On behalf of the entire Helsinki Haze Wave Festival team, we hope you have a great summer 2023!

All festival ticket holders have been contacted via e-mail with further instructions. In case you have purchased a ticket but did not receive information via email, please contact us at info@hazewavefestival.com and we’ll send the details.

What is Haze Wave Festival about?

Helsinki Haze Wave Festival is the biggest craft beer festival in Finland – with about 60 attending independent craft breweries from Europe, America and Finland – hitting the shores of Helsinki first time in July 2022.

Unfortunately, Helsinki Haze Wave Festival 2023 is postponed to 2024. The dates and venue will be announced as soon as possible. We will return even bigger and hazier next year – there will be more of a lot of things – breweries, beers, vendors, DJs and hidden surprises.

As in 2022, we’ll donate 100% of profits from next years event to charities operating in Ukraine.

The ticket includes entrance to the event, a tasting glass and 100 tasting tickets per day. You can re-enter the venue with your wristband as many times as you want.

The festival is produced by Pien, the advocate and pioneer of Finnish craft beer culture since 2016.

Welcome to surf the the biggest craft beer wave in Finland – see you in the summer 2024.
